*1) Test ASNs should be used for test setups only. Test ASNs must peer with Test ASNs only, Test ASN must not peer with non Test ASNs. Routes with AS_PATH containing ASNs 4200100000 to 4200199999 must be rejected within 44net / HamNet.

*2) National territories include territorial waters (usually 12 nautical miles from mean low water mark).
