The 60-meter-band will soon be available in LX. The actual project of the frequency bandplan considers the following parameters for amateur radio:

• frequency band: from 5 351,5 kHz to 5 366,5 kHz
• status: secondary
• maximum power: 15 W ERP

We will inform as soon as the frequency bandplan is adopted and operating on 60 meters in LX is legal.

Auch dieses Jahr wieder lädt der OV K25 Konz auf sein traditionnelles Pfingst-Fieldday in 54314 Greimerath JN39IN (zwischen Trier und Losheim) auf der Schneeberghütte ein. Der Weg ins Funkerparadies ist gut beschildert ... einfach den roten Pfeilen folgen.

Programm vom 13.05. bis 15.05.2016:
Am Freitag, den 13.05.2016 beginnen wir ab ca. 17:00 Uhr mit dem Antennenaufbau, danach für alle Anwesenden Angrillen.
Am Samstag, den 14.05.2016 Hauptaktivität ab ca. 10:00 Uhr morgens bis in die Abendstunden.
Unsere Freunde von der LARU aus Luxemburg kommen an dem Tag auch mit ihrem Notfunk-Equipment und viel DMR-Wissen auf Besuch.
Am Sonntag, den 15.05.2016 gegen 13:00 Uhr ist Restegrillen und Abbau.

Durchgehend wird für gemütliches Beisammensein, Funkaktivitäten und leibliches Wohl gesorgt. Wir freuen uns auch auf dich/euch an PFINGSTEN 2016 !

The World Radiocommunication Conference has approved an allocation in the 60 meter band for amateur radio. The range of 5351.5-5366.5 kHz shall be allocated to the amateur radio service on a secondary basis (power limitation of 15 W eirp). (Source: ARRL)

The LARU will organize a training course in fall 2015 for the preparation of the NOVICE exam.
