Die Schwerpunkte der LARU wurden in einzelne Arbeitsgruppen gegliedert umso gezielt der Weiterentwicklung dieser Fachbereiche voranzutreiben. Die Arbeitsgruppen arbeiten weitgehend autonom wobei sich der Gruppenleiter in engem Kontakt mit Verwaltungrat befindet bzw. dieser selbst Mitglied im Verwaltungsrat ist.

The focal points of LARU have been structured into working groups in order to promote the further development of these fields in a targeted manner. The working groups work largely autonomously, whereby the group leader is in close contact with the board of directors or else the group leader himself is a board member.
