New DMR repeater: LX0BER

On July 26th 2018 the LARU has brought into service its 5th amateur radio repeater the repeater LX0BER in Nocher. The repeater operates on UHF in DMR (digital mobile radio) mode. It's purpose is the coverage of the north of Luxembourg. The repeater is connected via internet to the BrandMeister network.

Countrywide redesign of talkgroups

On the 25th of July 2018, the operators of digital amateur radio repeaters in Luxembourg reached an agreement on interlinks and talkgroup scheme. The following talkgroups will soon be available on LX repeaters:

* This talkgroup is intended for the use in emergency situations only! Please no traffic for tests.

The groups are linked statically on the respective repeaters. A group can be linked dynamically at any time. This is possible via each radio by the user. Depending on the repeater, dynamic groups are to be preferably used on Timeslot 1 or Timeslot 2.

It's purpose is the coverage of Hobscheid and its surroundings. The repeater is connected via internet to the BrandMeister network.

The repeater operates on UHF in DMR (digital mobile radio) mode. It's purpose is the coverage of the city of Luxembourg and its surroundings. The repeater is connected via internet to the BrandMeister network.

It's purpose is the cellular coverage of the city of Differdange and its surroundings. The repeater is connected via internet to the BrandMeister network.

On June 14th 2016 the LARU has brought into service its first amateur radio repeater the "Nordstadrelais" LX0NSR in Ettelbrück. The repeater operates on UHF in DMR (digital mobile radio) mode. The repeater is connected via internet to the BrandMeister network (DMR+ from June 2016 to May 2017). Parameters of the repeater:
