LX0DMR: new QTH

On October 30th 2019 the repeater LX0DMR has been transferred to a new QTH in Luxembourg Kirchberg on the "Héichhaus" with improved coverage. The repeater operates on UHF in DMR (digital mobile radio) mode. The repeater is connected via internet to the BrandMeister network.
